CONTRIBUTION THEORY of Buy-In and Leadership

The FINGERS TOUCH focuses on the guided process of intentional hypercritical analysis of individual and team performance as a method of assessment and improvement.  This detailed process targets elite level teams and organizations.  This FINGERS TOUCH framework and methodology delivers greater clarity and perspective to zero in on individual contributions and team accountability.  While also creating ideal opportunities for coaching and development.

 

Contribution Theory of Buy-In and Leadership takes a deep, honest, hard and fast dive into both the culture and mindset of your team and its members.  Closely examining perspectives and assumptions regarding contributions that impact success.  It is within the workspaces and relationships that we conduct the detailed work to maximize success mindsets and build healthy cultures.  We have established three distinct Contribution Mindset classifications associated with the Contribution Theory.  Based upon their perceived contribution and their level of buy-in, members of your organization each have a Contribution Mindset:
