The FINGERS TOUCH holds the belief that a healthy cultural ecosystem is inextricably linked with effective leadership and employee productivity.  Culture is the soil and the setting within which the vision takes root.  Culture is either positioning you for success or leading you into frustration and underperformance. Nearly every aspect of leadership is affected by culture. Organizational health is an untapped gold mine.

A global pandemic brought the workplace culture to the forefront.  Evidence has unveiled that toxic cultures are at the heart of the "Great Resignation".  Organizations must be aware and responsive in establishing a healthy culture.  Well-being and health are integrated within employee satisfaction and it all impacts productivity performance.
